Here are some precautions we recommend you follow in order to keep your confidential information secure:

• Choose a User ID and Password that others cannot guess.
• Do not share your User ID and Password with anyone else.
• Never send your User ID and Password by email.
• Consider changing your User ID or Password regularly.
• Do not leave your User ID and Password where someone else can find it.
• Never transmit confidential information over the Internet unless you have verified that the website is secure. For more information about your specific security capabilities, go to your browser's help menu.
• Make sure your computer operating system is up to date. Check the manufacturer's website for updates.
• Use a current Web browser with up-to-date security patches installed. Go to your browser's help section to check for updates.
• Use anti-virus software that is up to date.

Report Suspicious Activity

Vanco will never contact you to ask for your User ID or Password.

If you receive a phone call from someone claiming to be a Vanco representative and you are asked to share your User ID or Password, do not give it out. Ask for their name and contact Vanco immediately at 800-675-7430.

Also, do not respond to any emails asking you to verify your User ID or Password. Forward any suspicious emails and websites to RiskMgmt@VancoPayments.com.
